Embroidery Digitizing Pricing
We support two pricing modes to fit all project sizes: affordable flat-rate packages for standard logos and patches, and precise per-thousand-stitch pricing for large, high-density artwork.
Flat Rate Packages (Most Popular)
All packages include free minor revisions and 24-hour turnaround. Valid for designs under 45,000 stitches.

Pricing Note
All flat-rate prices apply to designs under 45,000 stitches. Final stitch count is calculated based on finished digitized artwork, and listed stitch ranges are for reference only. A minimum order charge of $10 applies to all per-thousand-stitch orders.

Ideal for ultra-large full-back artwork and highly detailed patterns that exceed the standard flat-rate limit.

Manual Vector Tracing Pricing
We deliver 100% manual vector redrawing with zero AI auto-tracing. All files are professionally cleaned, layered, and optimized for both embroidery digitizing and print use. Standard deliverable formats include AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF. Two rounds of free minor revisions are included for every order.

- Standard Logo & Ordinary Graphic – $16 Regular brand logos and basic patch artwork
- Complex Multi-Layer Art – $24 Starting Detailed multi-color layered designs and dense graphics

Rush Delivery Fees: 12-hour rush +$8 | 6-hour express +$15
Custom patch production is fully customized and quoted individually. Final pricing depends on patch size, stitch density, embroidery style, border type, backing material, order quantity, and special effects including 3D puff, chenille, and glow-in-the-dark finishing. We support merrow borders, iron-on backing, and hook & loop backing for all custom orders.
