No. All designs are 100% hand-digitized on professional Wilcom software without AI auto-generation. Every file is clean, stable and fully optimized for commercial embroidery production.
Q2: How is digitizing pricing calculated?
We use dual transparent pricing. Fixed flat rates apply for designs under 45,000 stitches. Artwork over 45,000 stitches is charged at $2.6 per 1000 stitches, with a minimum order of $10 per design.
Q3: What file formats do you deliver?
We provide machine-ready EMB,DST,PDF or PES,PXF and other files, compatible with all commercial embroidery machines for garments and patches.
Q4: Do you offer special embroidery effects?
Yes. We provide PDF stitch simulation previews generated from our digitizing software. These show accurate thread paths and color layering. We do not send physical embroidered samples for preview — PDFs are the industry standard for approval and allow for faster, cost-free revisions.
Q5: What is manual vector tracing?
Manual vector tracing is hand-redrawing artwork line by line. Unlike distorted AI tracing, it delivers clean, layered, high-quality vectors for embroidery digitizing and professional printing.
Q6: What vector file formats do you provide?
We deliver AI, EPS, SVG and PDF files. All files are fully editable, print-ready and embroidery-optimized.
Q7: Can you fix blurry or low-resolution logos?
Yes. We manually rebuild pixelated, scanned or low-quality images into sharp, scalable professional vector files.
Q8: What patch types and backing options are available?
We offer standard embroidery, 3D puff and chenille patches. Custom options include merrow borders, iron-on backing and hook & loop backing.
